808's & Heartbreak takes you somewhere you haven't gone in a minute. The what can be called experimental or a phase album, is simply genius. Ye gives up the 80's feel in majority of these tracks. Only listened to it once but right now my favorite song is Welcome to Heartbreak feat Kid Cudi....i will have a more thorough review in the future! But go get it!!!!

and honestly i expected more....
The concept of this album is great but i just expect Cris to follow that....I couldn't see it.
By Far the 2 best songs are Wish You Would feat T.I. and I Did It For Hip Hop feat Nas and Jay-Z - This is my favorite..of course.
Southern Gangsta with Rick Ross and Playaz Circle can take third...
Ross brings it on this verse.
