T.G.I.F.- Edition 3

Happy Friday to all....

First....i was asked what my thoughts and feelings were on the Chris Brown- Rhianna situation.
I wasn't going to express any views on this situation because all the information has not been disclosed to the public. From what I (we) know is that, both parties had been cheating on each other...apparently CB was the first to cheat and Rhi followed suit. Then i heard that she gave him herpes...Whoa! I dunno if this is true or not. We also know that CB went Ike Turner on Rhi....regardless of what did happen..This is unacceptable...No man should ever lay his hands on a woman in which the manner Chris did....this shows cowardice. His excuse that his father used to abuse him and his mother is no excuse at all...this should me more of a reason for you not to hit a woman. Chris has lost his "Got Milk" and Wrigley's Doublemint endorsements...and this is deserved.  But if Rhianna was burning and purposely burnt CB...this is not cool at all, very scandalous on her part. And she deserves for something to happen to her....Maybe not a Rocky Balboa like beating but something....I'll be praying but both parties....

Thats all i have to say about that.

Next....Manny Ramirez turns down another contact from the Dodgers....2 yrs 45mil....i don't know what other team is interested but they better show their hand soon. The only team i could think that would possibly be interested and would want to spend the money is the Yanks...so we'll see.

Speaking of BIG MONEY....Albert Hanyesworth goes to the Redskins for 100 million.....YES 100 MILLION DOLLARS!!!! Granted that Haynesworth was one of the most dominant players on defense besides James Harrison, Troy Polamalu, and Damarcus Ware. He was the best interior defensive linemen. But 100 mil! The most EVER paid to a defensive player...In this economic hardship....But if you have the money....spend it. I hope this is a good investment. And doesn't blow up in Dan Synder's face.

Kel Winslow to the Bucs! This is good for two reason....Winslow is now out of the AFC North and is now on a team that i truly like....The Tampa Bay Bucs. But the bucs have cleared house so much that i don't know how i feel about the team. But chances are...The Bucs will still be a team i cheer for and follow and use on Madden when not using the Steelers.

Street Fighter 2: The Legend of Chun-Li is out in theaters now!!!
I've always like street fighter and this is one of the movies that will take me back to like 4th grade....
I might go check it out tomorrow

Black History Month

I'm not even going talk about why its the shortest month...i'm just gonna take advantage of the opportunity and spread knowledge.

Even though Kobe is in the zone after droppin 61 on the Knickerbockers Monday night. He then give the raptors 36 pts 9 reb and 5 ast. But this won't happen against the Celtics especially with Bynum out.

Have you all seen "For the love of Ray J" yet?
If not...just turn on Vh1....it'll be on. I thought it was gonna be corny, but then again when all of these shows start i think they're gonna be corny. But i like it. And the show has some talent....
So far i my instant favorites are Unique and Cashmere.
unique
cashmere
That Russian and African woman is bad.

I really can't wait to see Transformers 2!

World Champs

Photobucket

Words really can't express the joy I feel....As I sat on my living
room floor watching every play.I gained a great sense of pride
in my steelers. The way both offense and defense performed
made me even prouder than I already was to be a
Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.
All i really can say is i told you so! I told you all all year that the steelers were the team.
The team with the hardest schedule in the NFL...only losing 4
games. The only team to take advantage of a first round bye and home field advantage.
Made it to the Super bowl and won...
I told you so.

Props to the Cardinals for playing a great game and
never giving up.
Warner had a great game..so did Fitz. I'm proud of you guys too.
NO ONE thought you get where you all got.
And you almost did the impossible.
Much Respect. You'll be back..I know you will.

I spent an entire commercial in prayer after the Cardinals took the lead.
My prayers were answered and the offense of the Steelers executed
a championship winning 2 minute drill.
Ben was flawless. Santonio was in the zone.

I don't have much to say about the game but besides last year...
This superbowl was one of the best i've seen in a long time.
Many are already calling it the greatest super bowl ever played.
Those that say that i'm not going to argue with.
It was a classical and will go down in history.

I wish I could be in Pittsburgh tomorrow for the parade!
I know its going to be crazy.

I really still can't believe it...it still has to soak in...
So expect future blogs....

Below are some of my favorite pics from last night.
